Shipping Policy

I ship USPS and provide tracking information to your email and/or phone number as soon as your order is complete. Always double check that you have put down the correct information. I am not responsible for any incorrect information provided by the customer. I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Juicy Jay Beauty | Cosmetics does not accept any cancellations if your order has already been shipped.Your order typically ships within 3-7 business days of receiving the order. In regards to that, please contact immediately.

 

I do not accept returns on any products due to hygiene and health safety purposes. If there are any issues with your order, do not hesitate to contact me and voice the issue. I am here for you all.

 

If a replacement order is needed, a picture of the damaged item(s) are required. If a photo cannot be provided, then a replacement will not be possible.

Most products are seed or plant based such as almond oil, coconut oil, castor oil, Jojoba oil. Please view ingredients listed underneath each item before purchasing.

If for any reason you have an allergic reaction to any products, discontinue use and see a doctor immediately.
